Spot the difference

Two photos below. The first photo is before and the second photo is after, that I took today.

Can you spot the difference?

You only need to look at the Christmas tree of before and after, to play this.

Can anyone spot what is different with my Christmas tree?

You might need to zoom in on the first photo, depending on what device you are on.

    1. 😀 That is a lovely building next door. I won’t reveal the name of the place next door, as it will reveal my exact location. But it’s a clinic and from what I observe, possibly some apartments at the back.

      1. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is some history with that building, as the land I am on where my flats are, there is history here. What else, I don’t know. I am trying to find out. But what I thought when I first walked up the drive to see my flat, wondering if the other building was a house before, before converted into flats and whether all the land was owned by it, before the block of flats was built, I was right on.

What I have learnt since, through my neighbour downstairs, is where our flats are, it used to be a tennis court before. The person who once lived in the house and owned it, loved his trees, hence the variety we have outside. I would love to discover a photo of this place in it’s former glory.

  1. Peanut Recovery got it right. Yes, it was the star.

This is the third Christmas that this tree has been up. The only difference is I managed to get my hands on a glittered start that wasn’t a heavyweight, that it was just topple off, or droop.

I hope everyone enjoyed playing along, as well as observing the lovely building outside, that’s next door to me. 🙂

    1. 🙂 Although I accepted last two years my tree was finished, I am glad to find a star for the top of the tree. I couldn’t believe just how heavy the ones were the last two years. Even when I did the support for those ones, it still wouldn’t stay straight by the whole day. I feel like someone has been listening to me since I found this one. 😀
